Operation of Hope is a non-profit organization which preforms free facial reconstructive surgeries to those with facial deformities in developing countries. Director of Operation of Hope, Jennifer Trubenbach has been running the all volunteer medical team for decades in Africa, Asia and Latin America. Dr. David Shaye and Dr. Travis Tollefson have been traveling to Zimbabwe among other countries for many years. They repair over 50 children and adults each mission.
